Responsibilities

: General administration support Support Office Management needs: schedule meeting, help in arranging business trip, expense reports Support Employees or Customers meetings: arrange catering, taxi, hotel Take care of general Office services (coffee, water, stationary, etc.) Manage Purchase orders Manage Vendor electronic invoices Work with local and European Finance Team Track the Employees’ mandatory Safety at work training and send invitation when needed

 Your Profile:

Education: Degree is preferred but not mandatory English fluent (reading, written and oral) At least 1 year experience in the admin assistant role Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP Good communication and problem-solving skills Availability to business trip Driving license
